Please be advised that Dr. Goran Tesic will be leaving Vanguard Vascular and Vein on March 22, 2026, he is moving to another state to practice vascular surgery. Your patient charts will remain with Vanguard Vascular & Vein and care will automatically be assigned to one of our existing practitioners so there will not be any gaps in vascular coverage for any patient. We will miss Dr. Tesic greatly and wish him well in new venture.
