Our Rowlett office is conveniently located near the campus of Lake Pointe Medical Center.
Our Greenville office is is conveniently located inside Baylor Scott & White Health.
OFFICE HOURS
Vanguard Vascular & Vein’s regular office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If you have an urgent medical need and need to talk to our doctors after our regular hours, please call Vanguard Vascular & Vein at (972) 487-1818. A doctor is on-call 24 hours a day. Your call will be returned promptly.
MEDICAL EMERGENCIES
In the event of a life-threatening medical emergency, call medical emergency services at 911 immediately. DO NOT WAIT! Inform the emergency room staff that you are a patient of Vanguard Vascular & Vein, and they will contact us.

PRESCRIPTION REQUEST
Prescriptions and refills for established patients of Vanguard Vascular & Vein are routinely issued during our regular office hours (see above). Please have your pharmacy fax the request to our office: (972) 487-7928. No refills are issued during the evenings, weekends, or holidays since the doctors do not have access to your medical records during those times. It is helpful to anticipate your refill needs to avoid an interruption in your medication therapy.
